Save the Date: Thursday, November 14, 2024 CAC Workshop,Managing Complex Emotions (Zones of Regulation).

Please see the attached flyer for the ABCUSD SELPA Special Education Community Advisory Committee Workshop, we will be having on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 6:00 pm. This will be an in- person ABCUSD SELPA Workshop at Cab Lane (Auditorium).

The workshop will feature a presentation on Managing Complex Emotions (Zones of Regulation). Zones of Regulation aims to teach children strategies to help them identify their emotions and cope with these feelings so they can get back to feeling calm and ready to function in their day-to-day. These coping strategies are called “self-regulation.”
